STEP 1- In a bowl, mix the cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, salt, yogurt, and lemon juice to form a smooth marinade.
STEP 2- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and gently toss until the paneer is evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
STEP 3- Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated paneer cubes in batches and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and drain excess oil on paper towels.
STEP 4- In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Add the chopped green chilies and curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
STEP 5- Add the fried paneer cubes to the pan and toss them with the green chilies and curry leaves until they are well coated.
STEP 6- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
