Ingredients:
–2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
–1 cup sweet corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
–1 small onion, finely chopped
–2 green chilies, finely chopped
–2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
–1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
–1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
–1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
–1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
–1/2 teaspoon garam masala
–Salt to taste
–2 tablespoons bread crumbs
–Oil for shallow frying
STEP 1- Prepare Ingredients: Boil and mash potatoes. If using fresh corn, blanch them in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain.
