Here’s a classic recipe for Caesar salad:
1.Ingredients

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
– 1/4 cup olive oil
3.Instructions
Step 1- Prepare the Dressing
– In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Step 2- Assemble the Salad
– Tear the washed and dried romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
– Add the croutons on top of the lettuce.
Step 3- Add Dressing and Toss

– Optionally, add sliced grilled chicken breast or other protein of your choice.
Step 5- Serve
– Serve immediately as a side dish or add grilled chicken to make it a main course.
4.Tips
– For extra flavor, you can also add anchovies to the dressing or garnish the salad with anchovy fillets.
– If making homemade croutons, toss cubed bread with olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then bake until golden and crispy.
– Adjust the amount of dressing according to your preference for a lighter or heavier coating.
