Here’s a delicious recipe for Biscoff Tiramisu that combines the classic flavors of tiramisu with the rich, caramel notes of Biscoff cookies.
– 1 cup Biscoff cookies (about 12-14 cookies), crushed
– 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
– 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup mascarpone cheese
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Additional crushed Biscoff cookies
– Cocoa powder (optional)
– Chocolate shavings (optional)
In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and coffee liqueur (if using). Set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
– Quickly dip each Biscoff cookie into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
– Arrange a layer of the soaked cookies in the bottom of a rectangular dish or individual serving glasses.
– Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the cookie layer.
Add another layer of soaked Biscoff cookies followed by the remaining mascarpone cream.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top. Optionally, dust with cocoa powder or add chocolate shavings for extra decoration.
Enjoy your delicious Biscoff Tiramisu!
