1.Ingredients

– 3-4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
– 2-3 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
– 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt to taste
– 2 tablespoons oil
– Fresh coriander leaves, chopped for garnish
– Water as needed

2.Instructions

Step1-Prepare Ingredients

– Peel and cube the potatoes.
– Chop the tomatoes and onions.
– Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

Step2-Sautéing

– Heat oil in the pressure cooker over medium heat.
– Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
– Add chopped onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chilies. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
