Ingredients:

For the Spaghetti Pasta:

  • Water (as needed)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Spaghetti Dough

  • On a clean surface or in a mixing bowl, make a well in the center of the flour.
  • Crack the eggs into the well, add salt and olive oil.
  • Gradually mix using a fork or hands, kneading for 8-10 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
  • Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Roll and Cut the Pasta

  • Roll out the dough into a thin sheet using a rolling pin or pasta machine.
