Prepare the Filling Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant. Now, add sliced vegetables and paneer. Cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly soft but still crunchy.
Add Spices & Flavors Sprinkle turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Add tomato ketchup or green chutney for extra flavor and turn off the heat.
Prepare the Roti or Paratha Heat a tawa and cook whole wheat or maida rotis on both sides until lightly golden. You can apply some butter or ghee for extra taste.
