Not only is scrambled egg delicious for breakfast, but it may also be used to prepare nutritious stir-fry dishes. This 20-minute vegetable stir-fry with scrambled eggs can be eaten as a side dish or with rice or noodles.
As vegetable ingredients, you can use garlic, mushrooms, carrots, and green peppers. Ingredients can be changed based on your needs and what's available at hand.
Despite the fact that this recipe is quite easy to follow and simple, there are still rules to follow.
When preparing the scrambled egg, either place the other ingredients on one side of the pan or make it separately.
Cook the crisp veggies first, like pepper and carrots, and then the mushrooms.
After adding all the ingredients, simply use salt and soy sauce for seasoning.

- 1 long green pepper, sliced
- 1 bunch of mushrooms, ends trimmed and cleaned
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced

STEP 2-Stir fry for another 30 seconds until fragrant, and set aside.
STEP 3-Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan, stir in the carrot and green pepper, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes over medium-high heat.
