1.Ingredients

- 3-4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 2-3 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated

- 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Step1-Prepare Ingredients

- Peel and cube the potatoes.

- Chop the tomatoes and onions.

- Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
