1.Ingredients

- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/2 cup Nutella (plus extra for frosting)

Step1-Preheat Oven and Prepare Muffin Pan

Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C). Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.

Step2-Mix Dry Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step3-Cream Butter and Sugar
