- 500 grams (1 lb) minced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)

- 3 medium potatoes (peeled and diced)

- 2 large onions (finely chopped)

- 2 tomatoes (chopped)

- 2-3 green chilies (slit)

- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (optional)

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- 2 tablespoons cooking oil

- Salt to taste

Step 1- Heat Oil:

In a large pan or pressure cooker, heat the oil over medium heat.
